These Terms govern the use of the website and participation in the creative challenges offered by Artistic Challenges (“Platform”). By submitting a work (“Work” or “Submission”), the user fully accepts these Terms.
Submissions must comply with the specific rules of each challenge (formats, themes, limits, evaluation criteria). If there is any conflict, the rules on the individual challenge page prevail.
A valid email address and acceptance of these Terms are required to submit.
To finalize the entry, email confirmation (double opt-in) may be required. Without confirmation within the specified time, the Submission will not be considered valid.
The user warrants that the Work is original and does not infringe third-party rights (including derivative works, trademarks, image rights).
The user is responsible for the content submitted. Unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, violent, hateful, or privacy-violating content is not allowed.
The user agrees to comply with the technical specifications and size/format limits indicated in the challenge brief.
Unless stated otherwise in the brief, any expressive medium is allowed. Any restrictions will be specified on the challenge page.
Files are stored on our cloud according to our technical configuration.
We may remove files that are inappropriate, corrupted, or that violate these Terms.

By submitting, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (e.g., resizing/cropping), publish, publicly communicate, display and distribute the Work:

Moral rights, including attribution, remain with the author, within the limits of applicable law.
You authorize us to use your name, surname (or alias), country, and—if provided—social/portfolio links for attribution, press communications, and promotion of the challenges. Use of a personal image (portraits) requires explicit consent where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, evaluations are carried out by an internal/external jury and/or engagement metrics; criteria are set out in the challenge brief.
Jury decisions are final and binding.
Prizes (if any) are indicated on the challenge page and are not convertible to cash unless required by law.
We may request additional verification of identity or originality before awarding a prize.
In case of a breach of these Terms, prizes may be revoked.
